  Full disclosure, this is something that happened 5 years ago, so maybe they're under better management, but I had such a negative experience that I feel obligated to write a review here (I don't think they had a Yelp profile then).
  
  I injured my front tooth and first went to the hospital. They were able to bend it back into place (mostly) and told me that there was a 50/50 chance that the tooth would die and that I would need a root canal + crown. Shortly after leaving the hospital, I quickly noticed that the tooth was still out of place enough that eating was uncomfortable, so I visited Dr. Abigail. During my visit, I asked if it made sense to address this now of if we should wait until we knew for sure the tooth wouldn't die. He responded "you should do it now, you'll have to address this anyway". I took his advice and paid for a $300 specialized retainer to be made.
  
  1 week later, I felt some disturbing signs in my gums and visited my dentist. They confirmed that the tooth was dying and said I needed a root canal + crown as initially described by the hospital. I told them about the retainer from Dr. Abigail and they said I absolutely cannot wear the retainer with a crown. This fact was later confirmed by Dr. Abigail himself, though he refused any refund even though I never even picked up the retainer.
  
  Some of this is unfortunate circumstance, but my biggest problem his statement "you should do it now, you'll have to address this anyway." It's a vague statement, but it was his response after I told him exactly what my situation was, and he used it to convince me that the retainer was necessary. In the end, the $300 retainer was neither usable nor necessary (everything was fine after the crown).
